Welcome
Welcome to the
Emission Inventory (EI) Webcenter for the Northwest International
Air Quality Environmental Science & Technology Consortium (NW-AIRQUEST).
Through coordinated efforts with the air quality programs in Oregon,
Idaho, and Washington, and southwestern Canada, along with Washington
State University, the University of Washington, the University of
British Columbia, the U.S. Forest Service, and Region 10 EPA, NW-AIRQUEST
has developed the capacity to conduct regional air quality modeling
using the Community Model for Air Quality (CMAQ) and the Sparse Matrix
Operator Kernel Emissions (SMOKE) processor. These developments include
air toxics modeling and smoke management modeling. Specific emission
inventory development is required for these projects. In order to
meet the need for emission inventory information, modeling input
files, and other related data, the EI Webcenter provides a central
repository for model ready emission inventory files, utilities for
processing and viewing emission inventory data, and results from
emission inventory evaluation and quality assurance analyses. |
